The Apple Silicon is very efficient, which means that it requires less RAM than Android devices. So, if you compare the 6GB RAM iPhone with the 8GB RAM Samsung, you won’t notice any major differences. There will be some differences, though, if you go for the 12GB RAM S22 Ultra phone.
In terms of storage, there are no differences, as both phones start at 128GB and go to 1TB of storage space. Neither the iPhone nor the S22 Ultra has a MicroSD slot.
